DMCA Policy

Note for rights holders: this is a plain-language summary of our DMCA procedure, not formal legal advice. Registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and an independent legal review are advised.
IPTV Subscription UK carries UK football and British television for viewers at home and abroad. We respect the rights of broadcasters and creators, and this page sets out how to raise a copyright concern with us.
Checklist for rights holders
Before sending, run through this list. Each item is required by section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:
- ☐ Signature of the owner or authorized agent (physical or electronic)
- ☐ Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- ☐ Precise location of the material — URL, page, channel name, or title
- ☐ Your name, postal address, phone number, and email address
- ☐ Good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
- ☐ Statement of accuracy and authority, made under penalty of perjury
Notices from the UK
The DMCA is a United States law, but we don't insist on it. UK rights holders can write to us under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or in any other clear format. As long as the notice includes the information listed on this page, we treat it the same way.
Submitting a notice
All copyright notices go through our contact form. Begin your message with "Copyright / DMCA" so it is handled by the right person.
Our response
Once a complete notice arrives, we acknowledge it, check that it meets the statutory requirements, and act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified. If we need clarification, we will reply to the email address you provided.
Counter-notification
If material you provided was removed and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) it must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice
We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, the material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days.
A note on accuracy
Notices and counter-notices are legal statements. Knowingly false claims can lead to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), so only file one if you are confident of the facts.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Updates
This policy may change as the law or our service changes; check the date at the top of the page for the most recent version.
